Jeffrey Weinstein presently serves as the Director of Procurement Services for the City University of New York’s (CUNY’s) Office of Facilities Planning, Construction & Management, which oversees CUNY’s and the City University Construction Fund’s (CUCF’s) design, construction and development program.
Prior to coming to CUNY in the Fall of 2007, he held a number of procurement-related posts in the public, nonprofit and private sectors, including service as the First Deputy Director, then the Acting Director, of the New York City Mayor’s Office of Contracts, where he was responsible for overseeing, implementing and promoting a competitive, effective and efficient system for the City’s procurements.
