Gregory Glasgow is the Director of Operations in the Business Development Division of the New York City School Construction Authority (SCA). The SCA is charged with building and renovating the 1100 school buildings utilized by the NYC Dept of Education. The Business Development Division (BDD) is responsible for implementing and monitoring M/WLBE participation on all SCA projects and contracts. Under His direction the Mentor Program Loan program has closed over 7 million dollars of loans to MWLBE firms. Gregory received his Masters Degree from Stony Brook University and his professional experience includes 11 years at the Empire State Development Corp, New York State’s leading economic development agency. At Empire State he was responsible for negotiating and monitoring M/WBE participation on projects receiving funding from his agency statewide.
