The City University Construction Fund (CUCF) is a public benefit corporation established by New York State to provide facilities for the City University of New York (CUNY) and support the educational purposes of CUNY. Opportunities for CUCF exist through CUNY’s Office of Facilities Planning, Construction and Management (FPCM).
CUNY & CUCF are committed to providing quality facilities that serve the University’s approved educational programs through an ongoing program of design, construction and development excellence and innovation. To support this program, CUNY’s Office of Facilities Planning, Construction and Management (FPCM) oversees CUNY’s & CUCF’s design, development and construction program for its facilities – 290 buildings with over 26 million square feet of space. One of the means of fulfilling this responsibility is through contracts with architectural & engineering firms, construction firms, construction management firms and development firms. All contracts are awarded through procurements that are conducted pursuant to applicable New York State, New York City, CUNY & CUCF requirements.
For more information regarding procurement opportunities, contact the FPCM Office of Procurement Services at DDCM.ContractsDept@mail.cuny.edu or visit our website at www.cuny.edu/constructionsolicitations.
